Therapeutic massage

Massages are a perfect way to relieve stress, tension and pain. They’re also ideal for enhancing and maintaining whole-person health and wellness.

As part of your integrated, personalized care plan, your Viaro massage therapist partners with you to determine exactly where you need massage, the type of massage and the level of pressure you prefer.

All area residents are welcome to receive (30-, 45-, 60- or 90-minute) massages at Viaro for ongoing personal care and/or treatment of specific conditions or illnesses.

Chiropractic care

Expert adjustments help improve joint and body systems alignment, support healing and improve physical function. 

Your integrated, personalized Viaro care plan can include chiropractic care, a method intended to help the body better heal itself. Thorough evaluation and targeted hands-on manipulations can help you move more freely and with less pain.

Chiropractic is sometimes paired with physical therapy to relieve pain from conditions affecting bones, cartilage, connective tissue, joints and muscles.

Acupuncture

Expert care helps rebalance body systems, relieve pain and return you to your way of life.

Your primary care provider may recommend acupuncture as an integrated therapy to help you recover and reach your goals faster. If so, your licensed acupuncturist will customize treatment based your symptoms, behaviors, lifestyle and body characteristics.

All area residents are welcome to receive acupuncture at Viaro for ongoing personal care and/or treatment of specific conditions or illnesses.

Physical therapy (PT)

When medical or physical conditions make everyday movement difficult, PT can help to make life more comfortable.

Your primary care provider may recommend you see a physical therapist to manage pain, recover from injury, restore or enhance motion and function and/or prevent future injury.

You can also access physical therapy care directly (without a referral, prescription or order) if you choose to.*

*Some insurance companies require a provider referral to physical therapy regardless of the planned treatment. If that applies to you, we can provide your insurer with a superbill.
